BEKASI SALES SUMMIT GROUP 2024 which was held at the Griya Wulan Sari Hall Building and attended by various Department divisions, this event was held to provide improvement and enthusiasm to salespeople from each Department division.

This event was also attended by two speakers, namely Mr. Dr. Noveri Maulana S.I.KOM., M.M and Mr. Nanang Komara who are experienced in their fields. Providing material about sales activities of products, goods and services carried out by sellers to buyers.

Noveri Maulana S.I.KOM., M.M explained about adapting consumer behavior and about sales strategies in communicating with customers "Because the art of selling relies heavily on the exchange of persuasive and trustworthy information, a salesperson must be an effective communicator "Good communication is not as simple as just conveying a message, but about how the message is conveyed through verbal language and body language which can improve good relations between sales and customers."

Mr. Nanang Komara also explained about the socialization of Employment Regulation no. 06 of 2017 which explains K3 Escalators and Elevators. Mr. Nanang Komara emphasized the importance of understanding occupational safety and health (K3) to prevent work hazards and accidents in elevators. One

The obligation to use an elevator is to carry out inspections and tests which include first, periodic, special and repeated inspections. Meanwhile, periodic inspections and tests are carried out at least once a year by specialist labor inspectors and K3 experts in the field of elevators and escalators.
